Paternity package surprise

Just a little update from Pikkuinen (we call our baby with this nickname, it means Little One in English, but I think the Finnish word sounds cuter) and me that we're having fun planning a surprise for dear daddy :) Here in Finland all moms can apply for a maternity package from the Social Insitute which includes all kind of useful baby stuff: accessories, lots of clothes, a sleeping bag etc.etc. You can see the pic above! We applied to ours last weekend and anxiously waiting for it to come in the mail. No idea tho' how long it'll take, could be only couple of weeks or up to a month.

But anyways, I came up with an idea I had read about earlier to make a paternity package for darling Pasi. I think he has never heard of these or at least he hasn't said anything to me ;) Yesterday I nearly got caught as I had ordered for him online a cute Super Daddy T-shirt & a baby body saying "Daddy's girl". He asked what the envelopes were, but I just quickly passed it saying "oh just some swaps" and changed the subject ;) Now I'll get a funny book for him I saw about new fathers and some man stuff like a beer can, computer magazine and so on. I'm so thrilled, LOL! I cannot wait to give it at the same time when we receive mine :D When I'm alone someday and everything is ready, I'll take a pic of it all.
